A 205 Pound Confession

I am losing my momentum.  It is driving me crazy, the just say no to sugar routine and the little baby portions of starchy carb goodness.  So this weekend I ordered exactly what I wanted with a big ole margarita while out with the husband.  It was fantastic.  Even more fantastic was that I no longer snarff down the huge restaurant portions so I had it for lunch too, sans the margarita.

So today I am going public over at adelynSTONE with this image of me at my very heaviest.  It also shows my progress point and where I am today.  I am 18 pounds away from my goal weight.

Never again.  It was so very uncomfortable and the fashion so limited!  So here is to sharing things I never thought I would and to keep on keepin' on.

  1. This is definitely something to be proud of! Keep on going, girl! You're almost there! Idk if you're into working out, but anything with a kettlebell is an amazing workout, and takes only like, 30 minutes 3 times a week to completely tone you up and burn fat! Haha... I sound like a freaking infomercial. Sorry!! :)

    1. Miranda I don't mind at all. It took 3 months to go from 205 to 182 and another 5 to hit 168. That was all with just diet change. I started in July 2010 and haven't lost any weight since hitting 168 a year ago in March 2011. I have not gained either. I do need to break out of maintenance mode to hit my goal of
      150. I have hypo-thyroidism so I have to be a little extreme to actually lose. No starches on a 1200 calorie a day diet. I haven't been ready for that yet this year but it's coming.
